BIM - technologies

More efficient, more accurate, smarter

BIM (Building Information Modeling or Building Information Model) is a digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics of a building, including geometry and other data. This takes into account many factors such as geography, design, environmental impact, as well as information about individual building elements and their manufacturers.

All these data are combined into an information model that allows you to automatically adjust the building parameters when any of them change.

What is BIM modeling and why are new technologies needed?

BIM (Building Information Modeling or Building Information Model) is a methodology and process for creating and managing information about a building or structure throughout its lifecycle. It uses digital representations of the physical and functional characteristics of a building to manage its development, construction, and operation.

New technologies in BIM modeling include a wide range of tools and software that greatly facilitate the design, construction, and management process of buildings. They improve collaboration among stakeholders in the construction process, reduce errors and conflicts in project documentation, enhance team efficiency, and lower construction and operation costs for the facility.

The use of BIM technologies is aimed at reducing risks in the financing of residential construction projects, as well as managing the expertise and implementation of residential projects.
